Welcome to OpinionFi ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the OpinionFi platform ("Platform"), including the website, mobile app, and related services powered by blockchain technology and the OpinionFi Token ($OPN).

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use OpinionFi
  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction
  • Certain countries may restrict or prohibit the use of blockchain-based services; you may not use OpinionFi in violation of such laws

2. Platform Services

  • Participate in surveys and earn OpinionFi XP points and/or $OPN tokens
  • Create and distribute surveys to targeted communities
  • Analyze survey results through AI-driven dashboards and insights
  • Participate in gamified experiences such as leaderboards, staking, and referral systems

3. User Accounts and Wallets

  • You must connect a Web3 wallet to access OpinionFi
  • You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet, private keys, and recovery phrases
  • OpinionFi will never request your private key

4. Rewards and Tokens

  • $OPN tokens are a utility token intended for use within the OpinionFi ecosystem
  • OpinionFi does not guarantee financial returns, appreciation, or future value of $OPN
  • Tokens earned may be subject to vesting, lock-ups, or conversion limits

5. Referral Program

Users may earn XP via referrals, but fraudulent/self-referrals are prohibited.

6. Survey Participation

Users must provide truthful answers; bots are prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

Logos, designs, and content belong to OpinionFi.

8. Data Privacy & KYC Verification

OpinionFi collects anonymized survey data and user metrics. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

KYC Verification: For geolocation-based surveys and certain high-value reward activities, we may require standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This may include providing identification documents, proof of address, and other verification materials as required by applicable regulations and to ensure platform integrity.

KYC verification helps us prevent fraud, comply with regulatory requirements, and ensure accurate demographic targeting for location-specific surveys. Your verification data will be handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Risks & Disclaimers

Blockchain risks apply; OpinionFi is not responsible for losses.

10. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

OpinionFi services are provided 'AS IS'. Liability is limited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware.

13. Amendments

We may amend these Terms at any time.
